At the Mark Norris Partnership, we have the privilege of working with broad range of clients around the world - mainly in the luxury and upscale hotel sector; doing so predominantly on a retained basis. The scope of our activity includes assisting with senior and executive committee level  talent acquisition - typically handling searches at times when an internal solution may not be available and/or when a client may be embarking on new projects where a different set of skills is needed. In everything we do, we pride ourselves as genuine business partners working in tandem with our clients.

Although we would ask you to understand we are not a recruitment agency as such, we are always happy to hear from candidates wishing to explore new opportunities with the proviso that their reason for wishing to make a change of career is a bona fide one; equally that they demonstrate consistency in their career paths.
